About the apartment

Apartment Ana is a penthouse two-bedroom apartment on the top floor of one of Gruž’s nicest buildings. The first three floors are occupied by boutique Hotel Porto, with a ground-floor restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A second hotel-and-restaurant is directly next door. A major bus stop is just 10 metres from the entrance — frequent connections to the Old Town, Lapad, the airport, and the cable car.

The view. A spacious wraparound terrace opens to a panorama over the port of Dubrovnik, the marina, the hills of Lapad and the islands. Morning coffee, sunset dinners, late-night wine — the terrace earns its keep.

Inside. A bright, modern open-plan living-dining-kitchen flows onto the terrace through full-height glass. The kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine), with a long dining table for six. The master bedroom has a king bed; the second bedroom has two single beds. Bathroom with rain shower, freestanding bathtub and underfloor heating.

Tech and comfort. Three TVs (large in the living room and master bedroom, smaller in the second — all with Netflix and YouTube). Fast and stable Wi-Fi (fibre + mesh). Premium individually controlled AC in every room. Quiet building — the hotel below is well-managed, and the apartment is on the top floor.

Arrival, security, parking. Yale smart lock at the entrance — self check-in 24/7 via the app or keypad (no keys). The whole building is under video surveillance (entrance, lift, garage). A beautiful lift takes you straight from the garage to the apartment door. Your own private indoor garage spot — the first in the garage, easy in and out, included free of charge. In central Dubrovnik this is a rarity.

How we host. You communicate directly with the owner, not with an agency. We are available 24/7 throughout your stay, but we will also leave you completely alone if you prefer. Recommendations, restaurant reservations, transfers, a bottle of local wine on arrival — just ask. If anything isn’t perfect, tell us right away so we can fix it on the spot.

Apartman se nalazi u Gružu, poslovnoj četvrti Dubrovnika — kombinacija mirnog smještaja i prometne dostupnosti. Gruška tržnica s svježim namirnicama i ribom samo je 7 minuta hoda. Lapad zaljev s plažama, kafićima i restoranima dohvatljiv je 20-minutnom šetnjom ili kratkom vožnjom autobusom.
